My clients were looking to transform their front garden space into a bold, low maintenance planting that would have summer colour and winter interest with part-screening of their house.

We created a low-water gravel garden which combined olives, lavenders and stipa grass for year-round structure with long-flowering echinacea and thistles for an informal, cheery feel.

Who says front gardens need to be serious?!
